sweet tooth?

OK so I live with one.. all day all night..
Good chocolate will usually stop it
for a while.. if it gets bad?
there is a place in Boise that makes the best Caramel shakes.
as you know that is tough, either you get not enough
flavor.. Or soooooo much it is too rich.
tonight I have no cure
I am eating chocolate covered pretzels.. AND chocolate covered
plums (those are gooooood) and Drinking a Pina Colada..
no love..

I am about to start a batch of brownies... and I have the pecan coconut
frosting to top those off with..

any ideas???

and yes I just had my blood sugar checked.. it was OK..

good about the blood sugar checked. My hubby and I love ice cream, we started eating Eddy's half the fat ice cream, there is a great caramel one, you might want to try that and maybe put in it a shake, or just do the straight out of the bowl like we do.

It's pretty darn good, and I like the half the fat of regular ice cream part

It was kind of my fault..
I have cut down on sweets and pop..

I have been hurting for a few weeks...
and just tried to gut it out..

no luck.. it woke me up Firday night..

i did get it stopped.. but I think I won't wait so long next time..
