Well, it has been awhile since I've come around (Hey DUTCH HARBOR!) because I'm currently living in New Zealand.

I actually cried when I heard that Jimmy tickets went on sale for Irvine and LV last week. It doesn't help that my family actually got an RV for this years show and they are coming to me, the Parrothead freak, for advice on how to decorate via webcam.

So I just want to wish everyone good Parrotheading. If you see a camera set up in front of an RV that says "Flash my Sis in NZ for a SHOT!" Thats ME :)

Also, anyone going to Australia show? I know I'm going!!

I'd give anything in the world if I COULD go to the Australia concert, Casey, but it's just not in the cards.

But I know you'll have a blast.
Don't forget to tell us all about it afterwards, okay?

Bummer! I'm over here completely by myself and as a female, I know it isnt best to travel alone. But I dont wanna pass on the chance to see him in the Southern Hemisphere (give new meaning to "Southern Cross" now that I've actually seen it!!) Anyone had experiences with international buffett concerts and fans?

Does Paris count as international? If so - it was just like having JB perform in your living room....... So personal and the audience were a cosmopolitan mix of nationalities. Everyone was so friendly

As a limey I guess my trip to the Tampa show should also qualify! I just hope it lives up to the Paris experience

Most of all, I am looking forward to meeting some of you on here, how about some tips for enjoying the run up to the show

I loved my short 2 week visit to New Zealand in 2003. Where are you living in NZ? Auckland, Christchurch or somewhere else?

To answer the questions:

No, I tried to come home for Irvine because I'll be on a 2 week break from work and I would LOVE to see him at home with my family and friends (all 45 of them)thought about surprising them and just showing up....but a round trip ticket was about $2,400. So not in my cards at the moment.

And I'm in Wellington. I LOVE IT HERE!
