For me, Pirate/Redemption Song was the highlight of the Anguilla concert so thanks for that - I have enjoyed it in Paris and Toronto also since then and will look forward to hearing more...

Good luck!

Nadirah,

Thanks for sharing. It sounds like your CD is coming along well. I can not wait to add it to my collection. “Callaloo” is a must for you; I saw you perform it during the ’97 show at Walnut Creek Amphitheatre in Raleigh, NC; absolutely amazing.

In addition, one of the highlights for me of last weekends show (Tampa 11-3-07) was Pirate looks @40 / Redemption Song… you have such a beautiful voice.

Good Luck with the CD. I can’t wait to hear it.

See ya next year!!!

Sounds wonderful Nadirah!
And yes it's belated but welcome to BN, it's wonderful to have you here :D

I can't wait to buy your cd

Maybe on your next project you can record a Peter Mayer song - perhaps "Oh Suzannah" or "It's Alright"

I think anything you sing would be excellent 8)
you can't lay on the beach and drink rum all day if you don't start in the morning 8)

You go Nadirah! Fantastic choices so far. Nadirah, I really believe that whatever you choose you will do just fine, and no doubt, you will make every song your own.
