Oh yes! Those ALWAYS get our attention in the bar (praying for a ridiculous tip).. No spending limit whatsoever.. and the thing weighs a ton for a credit card.

no... they exist. tho I know one individual who got his in the mail and promptly destroyed it rather than let it fall into the hands of the enemy...
