I got in my car today after shopping and the all news radio station was playing
Nessun Dorma! in tribute to Luciano. That is probably my all time favorite song that I can't understand a word of, but it touched my heart the first time i ever heard him sing it. If ever a song represented how much music touches the heart and soul, that would be it.
And yes...I cried there in the parking lot.
Sail on, Luciano. Heaven's choir is oh so much sweeter now.

Perhaps Love...another treasure but that was with Placido Domingo. I don't think John did a duet with Pavarotti.
