Here's my quick easy, when the wife is out

1 stick of butter
1/2 pound of shrimp uncooked, peeled
3 tablespoons of chopped garlic
pepper to taste

box of garlic rice, follow directions on box, 10 minutes in the microwave

On medium high heat, in a frying pan, toss the stick of butter in, add the the garlic and brown, when garlic is brown toss in the shrimp, cook til shrimp is done,

Toss the rice onto a plate, pour the shrimp, garlic, and butter over the rice add pepper to taste
