Celebrating my Birthday at Margaritaville in Orlando

Thought this might be a fun thread!

I'll be celebrating my birthday in Margaritaville next week. Our family is going to Disney, and this was the incentive they used to get me to join them! Just kidding...but it sounded good! Anyway, do they do anything special at Margaritaville for birthdays? My 10 year old daughter asked me what I needed to make my birthday special, and here's the list I came up with so far:

Margaritas (or course!)
Cheeseburgers in Paradise
Boat Drinks
A Smart Woman in a Real Short Skirt
and we might just turn into Gypsies in the Palace
(and later I might be asking her mom WDWGDAS, but our daughter doesn't need to know that!)

any other ideas?

We had my husbands birthday dinner here a few years ago. They made him a lovely balloon hat :D which he had to wear all night long, and the lovely waitress gave ME a great JB Hawaiian shirt. She said husband was far too tall for it to fit him, so I got it

If your 10 year old daughter can come up with a Smart Woman in a Real Short Skirt for ya, I'll be impressed.

Happy early birthday!

They make me a hat and I will wear it proudly! Also, I will be taking them a tshirt with our club's logo on it to hang with the other club shirts, sp maybe I will get something cool in return! either way, it will be a great time!

You might want to run over to the Hard Rock Hotel and stop in for a Birthday Ice Cream at Emack & Bolio’s Marketplace. Very Good Stuff.

Happy Birthday

See if Marinell, the Blonde Tornado is working the Porch of Indecision and let her know your story. She might be able to add a bit to the celebration

The Blonde Tornado huh? I'll have to check out the Porch of Indecision before we hit Margaritaville! Hope I don't make a Jamaica Mistaka!

if you meet her, the reason for the name won't be hard to miss. She is a force of nature on the Porch. :)

Ok, here is my report on what I did on my birthday, by Jim Chunk.

I didn't get the chance to meet the Blonde Tornado, the Porch of Indecision was closed for a private party.

What I did get was a really good time, with lots of Loaded Landshark Lager, and a cool balloon Parrot Hat, which I wore all night and it ended up yielding many free beverages even as I wore it back to my resort at Mickey Land. The folks at Margaritaville also gave me a huge slice of strawberry shortcake with a couple of lighted candles, and the whole restaurant sang Happy Birthday to me. What I did not get, was any kinda free swag, but I still had a great time, and I was very happy I went there!
