When is the Phoenix Margaritaville expected to open?

Thanks, but not sure that this says when it is opening. It says summer of 2007. Did it open or is it yet to open? The news page shows a job fair happening there.
I am planning a trip to Phoenix in Mid Nov. and wanted to visit.
Just thought someone might know.
