OK I am not the type to toot a products horn
if I get something it works.. OK if not.. Well.. :-?
I am sure that you have all seen those informertials
about the knife sharpener you just have to have..It
is.. Blah Blah Blah.. OK I am cheap and don't want to spend $20
to sharpen a knife.. I have hunted, fished and Camped all my life
add the Years cooking and the 15 years in seafood I
am all about sharp knives. but I do it the old fashioned way
a Whet stone then a steel..
So I am in a Sporting goods store and see the new handy dandy
always works sharpener.. it's like $3.00. On the advice of the
staff I get one..

:o :o :o :o :o
Pros
Kitchen Knives?? WOW just WOW four maybe five strokes?
done and sharp..
and any curved knives?? the whole blade is sharp 8)

Cons..
Hunting/game knives.. Sharp quick but Dull just as Quick.
maybe I need to use both sides.. the course and the fine..
scissors?? too sharp too quick.. I have a cheap pair for
cutting paper and they slice through one sheet of paper
so fast you don't even have to close them
just open, place paper in and move the scissors forward..

just some info.. 8)

I cut some french bread to make some French Toast while we were
hunting.
My Dad asks. Did you find a Bread knife??
I said no. That is how sharp your knifes are now.
it just sliced the bread. no tears, no smashed pieces..
