I saw it earlier on ESPN today.
They said that the play lasted 62 seconds and that Millsaps sounded their cannons as soon as the play started thinking it was over. Looks like some of the players thought the play was over at one point.
Amazing!!!

Saw this on Sunday morning. Awesome!
Similar to the 2006 Alamo Bowl between Michigan & Nebraska. Many of the players thought the game was indeed over. While there were only 5 laterals & 1 fumble on the play, it was similar in that the original pass took the play downfield and the ensuing laterals took the play back some 30 yards before the play progressed towards the end zone. If you watch the Alamo Bowl video, if the final Michigan runner (Tight End Tyler Ecker) either waits for his teamates blocks or better yet laterals to wide receiver Steve Breaston & blocks for him there is no doubt in my mind Michigan scores the game winning TD!!
