2008 tour ?
When does the 08 tour begin? I hope JB takes into consideration the st augustine florida area. I really would like to see him perform. Also I hope I will be here if he stops here. Because I'm leaving in sept and won't be back til late nov.

Re: 2008 tour ?
'Before posting a new thread, try using the “search” function of the website. We understand that sometimes you won’t be able to find the answers to your question, and in that case we welcome you to post a new thread. However, many times people post threads that are re-posted almost every day. Sometimes there are even multiple threads on the same topic that are on the front page at the same time! That is simply unacceptable, as it unnecessarily sucks up site bandwidth. Once you’ve determined that the search function isn’t helping, put a little note in your new thread to let people know you already tried searching; that way they’ll be more eager to spend time helping you out.'barefoothawk wrote:When does the 08 tour begin? too, I doubt that anyone's travel plans (other than Mr. Buffett's own plans) are going to influence the planning and rollout of tour dates.

The ticket scalpers are usually the first to know when the US tour dates will be. Stub Hub and other similar sites will usually have tickets available before the show dates are even a reasonable rumor.
Otherwise, u can check here 5 times a day as there are usually new rumors about Jimmy's unannouned tour dates posted here each day.
I herd from somebody who is a friend of the main bouncer at the Exit Inn (or was it Ryman Theater?) that Jimmy's next show will be in Nashville on New Year's Eve! You can count on it! If I was Jimmy Buffett, Lord knows I'd rather spend New Year's Eve in freezing cold Nashville than somewhere warm like St. Barths or somewhere with skiing like Aspen.![beadygrinner [smilie=beadygrinner.gif]](./images/smilies/beadygrinner.gif)

I don't want to live on that kind of island
No, I don't want to swim in a roped off sea.
Too much for me, too much for me
I've got to be where the wind and the water are free.

well technically, it'd have to be freezing cold in Aspen to be skiing...Catch&Release wrote:The ticket scalpers are usually the first to know when the US tour dates will be. Stub Hub and other similar sites will usually have tickets available before the show dates are even a reasonable rumor.![]()

It says the same thing for any artist who doesn't have current tour dates. I put in "James Taylor" and got the same thing.parrothead216 wrote:This is Interesting!!!Catch&Release wrote:The ticket scalpers are usually the first to know when the US tour dates will be.
