We had an ice storm once in Charleston...No power for 5 days...Ice everywhere! It was awful....
But we had soooooooooo much fun sliding down the ramps on the Interstate....it was closed...no one could drive in it....We didn't have sand or salt trucks...(for use every 100 yrs..
Everyone ran their sprinklers and hoses and wet down anything that could have icicles on it..just to take pictures of it!
I think I'd like to actually be somewhere it snows one Winter...just to say I'd seen it...
