Placing an order with MailBoat Records!

Hey has anyone had problems ordering from MailBoat Records? I just attempted to order Live in Anguilla, and I got as far as the confirmation screen to confirm my order, and it logged me off. I went through the process again without getting any confirmation that my order was processed. I don't dare attempt to place my order again. Has anyone else experienced this sort of thing?
