We make them every year for the Tampa show and THEY ARE DELICIOUS!!!
Keebler makes a chocolate mint cookie (I forget the name...maybe Grasshopper) that works perfectly for the burger part.

Can I just have the cheeseburger and stick with double-stuff oreos for dessert?

These cookies are awesome. My wife and I have been making them for a couple years for the summer shows. The grasshopper cookies are the best to use and we use a little egg wash to stick the seeds to the "bun"

My recipe used honey to "glue" the seeds on top...
Red fruit rollups with circles punched out with a juice bottle top for tomato...
And served with shoesting potatoes for salt to offset the sweet.
