Parrotheads,

We are looking for someone to do a trade for one week on a 2004 or newer 50' yacht in South Florida or Cape Cod this spring or fall.

We will either trade....

- One week's use of our 2005 53' Navigator Pilothouse motoryacht. Three staterooms, 2 heads. AC, TV's, color radars, GPS, autopilot. 12' Novarania center console tender with 40 hp engine. Based at Coronado Cays Yacht Club in San Diego Bay.

Trade partner must prove current yacht ownership, yacht experience form, sign trade contract and provide insurance binder. I will do the same for the trade partner.

- Use of our ocean view 4500 sq ft home in San Clemente CA (Orange County). Home has four bedrooms, multiple levels full 180 degree ocean views from most rooms including master bedroom, dining room, kitchen, family room, living room. Home has huge built in spa outside, and very large view patio off master bedroom. Use of our 2007 Cadillac Escalade is included. Use of our 2007 Bentley convertible is negotiable, or could be included with the use of a 75' yacht.

Trade partner must provide insurance binder for home and vehicles and be subject to a backgorund check. I will do the same, and will pay for both.

Interested or know someone who might be? Let me know.....

PM me please.

If you go with Cape Cod you should probably plan on late spring or early fall or you're liable to end up with very chilly weather and a certain number of businesses/waterfront amenities that are closed for the season.

Is Newport, RI/Narragansett Bay a possibility? Plenty of ver-ry nice yachts moor in Newport Harbor on an in-season weekend.

SGH.....

Thank you for helping me with this. We would be open to Cape Cod, Newport, or Long Island/LI sound options as well. Summer in the northeast would be fine as well.

While we are at it, we are open to a boat trade in the Seattle/San Juan Islands area as well during the summer.

Finally, my boat is available anytime of the year. So Cal is nice pretty much year round, even though it is chilly today.

Parrotheads, thanks once again for any help
