I saw a couple in the low $200,000 but they were rough and most were one bedroom/one bath duplexes. However I think I would buy outside of Key West - but not too far. There was a B&B for sale too! You could start a whole new career!

For those who were intrigued by the 'stink' over Jim Morris not playing any 'official' events (apparently the event chairman was tossed for this) Morris was on the big stage at the Casa at the beginning of Sunny Jim's second hour on saturday. JM played 4 (5?) songs, including 'Bar Stools and Beach Chairs'!!! I also noticed JM wearing an all access 'Beach Bash' pass. More JM news--former lead guitar Gary Harvey was in the crowd at Dante's Saturday night, with Kerry Lynn by his side. Gary was watching JM+BBB from the back, but was watching intently. Charlie D and the Things had a great time playing Cheeseburger on Duval St. The Jim Morris-Sunny Jim-John Frinzi outside the Conch was recorded, to go with a previous recording in Annapolis about a month ago.

Pam & I finally got it together at the end of the street fest. She was front and center. She made a small but bold sign from my sharpie and hotel pad stating TAHITI WHEN. I guess Mr. Utley saw it and mouthed it as he was reading it so we know it registered. never got an answer though.
