My second favorite musicians of all time are the Beatles! Of course you know who #1 is. When they announced that was the theme for last night, I was pumped! However, I realized it's not always a good thing because people can destroy a song if they s***. Unfortunately, this was the case for Kristy and David H. David A. also laid an egg last night, but I think his overall performance up to this point will keep him there and give him a second chance (he deserves it). I'm not a big fan of dredlock boy, but he did a very good job last night singing in the style he's comfortable with. Amanda's voice still makes me hurt so maybe she'll be gone tonight. NOW MY BOY CHIKEZIE ROCKED THE HOUSE!!! ATTA BOY!

Chikezi was amazing.....I think one of the best performances on idol ever.....

Those are the two I like most, too.

(recorded last night, just watched it now).. recording the show tonight so I won't read till later.

The only others I liked a bit was David Cook and Brooke. The rest were blah, missed notes/lyrics, and just awful.

Kristy needs to go......

Hmmmm, I don't agree.. I didn't like either that were in the bottom two but I think the other person should have gone first!

I did not care for Brooke, for some reason they are pushing her along and I didn't get it, her performance was flat, imo

Kristy really needs to go!!!! She should have been the one to leave after that hoedown performance. Having to hear it twice was enough to make my ears bleed!! David was not good at all either but I think she should have went first. She has been consistently boring!! Yee Haw

I really like David Cook.. and Jason Castro. I am routing for Syesha only because she is the hometown girl.

I cannot get on board with Amanda. Her voice annoys me. I agree that Kristy should have went home

I can't like David Cook ... he looks down his nose all the time ... either that or they're shooting him at all the wrong angles ....

I agree with you about Amanda ... screaming does not = singing.

I have to admit "American Idol" is one of my guilty pleasures and I'm not a fan of reality TV! I was skeptical about Lennon/McCartney week hoping that the cast would not destroy their great songs. Amanda sang my favorite Beatles song (You Can't Do That) but Chikeize was amazing! The one thing that truly annoys me is the overactive hype about David A. He forgot the lyrics about, hmm, three times on Tues night. In any other season, that error would have gotten him booted off (happened to Brandon last year), yet, since he has been anointed this season's darling, it was just a "blip" on the screen.

Glad Amanda is gone.. She had a unique sound, but tired of the screaming.

I think Ramiele, Jason Castro, Kristy Lee, or David Cook could be on the short list to go tonight..

I actually liked watching Amanda perform (for me it was a shame she is gone before Chikezie, Ramiele or Kristy).

For me the bottom 3 (of which one should go tonight is): Chikezie, Ramiele or Jason Castro

I think Chikezie should go

He's probably the most talented of the 10 left.... Maybe not voice-wise, but in terms of his musical "ear", he is so creative in the way he arranges songs...

I really like David Cook, I am starting to think he will be the idol this year, due to Doughtry success. They are looking for a rocker this year, just my opinion.

Agree with most of the short list, Ramiel, Checkize, and Kristy. I don't think Carly did well at all last night. I still don't get Brooke, at all. imo.
