I think another thing to consider is that the Giants are playing with house money. All the pressure is on Green Bay to keep their "destiny" or whatever you want to call it alive and get to the Super Bowl

Green Bay should win this one

Unless you look at the "Chicago Bear" rule.....
(PM me if you want to know what this means....)

You mean there's other areas of the country besides the Northeast?

Or are the Packers & Chargers from Canada?

Aren't the Patriots something like 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games? They aren't as invincible as they were in the beginning of the year. I think the Pats will win this week, but I think the speed of the Bolts will keep this game close.

Chris Chambers and Tavares Jackson have had great postseasons and become much more dangerous targets. If Tomlinson can get going early, I think the game becomes much more interesting.

Considering how they seem to beat the Yankees more than YOUR boys, I guess they should now be called the North Tampa Red Sox. [smilie=eyeroll.gif]

thought you liked stupid sarcasm . . .

over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again . . .

can't wait for baseball . . . you can set a watch to those timely comments.

It's not sarcasm if it's the truth.

Believe me, if your Red Sox lost games the way my teams do, you'd have timely comments too.

The only thing I'm looking forward to this baseball season is the temperature beihg higher than my grandson's age.

Well . . . if it matters I have been a Red Sox fan through the good and bad . . . mostly good in my short lifetime . . .

and the weather out here in Southern Massachusetts today is f'n cold. I can deal with 30's . . . but low 20's is a tad much for me!

I am really looking forward to some free (thats right, free!) Cape Cod League Semi Pro ball . . .

The Red Sox have ALWAYS had good players-just lots of bad luck.

I'm ready for MINOR league baseball (Cedar Rapids Kernels), little league baseball, and even women's slo-pitch softball.
You'd be surprised at the fun you can have at those games.
