I found out at the club board meeting tonight that at least half
the rooms at the hotel are already booked... 5 months in advance! 8)

Hi, guy! I'll reply again (already did on Meet the Phlockers) for everyone else...
I believe there are about 60 open slots for the Beach Bash. I'd suggest you go ahead
and print out the registration forms and mail them in very soon.
