I am so tired of the trend I want to throw the next Smokin or
Pepper this or that in the face of the "chef" that brought it to light.

I myself love the hot foods. Tongue burning hot, but with flavor.
I'm so used to most hot things, especially wings that when people around me are on fire and whining I'm like "what? sack up or back up"
Only time I ever sent something back were some hot wings called "Chernobyl flavor". Them sum b*tches were covered in green sauce and nearly knocked me down just taking a whiff. I backed up that time

When my youngest keet was 3, she liked to put Texas Pete hot sauce on her Fritos.
She still likes the heat.

I'm a hot sauce nut. I prefer a good flavored sauce, chipotle or cayenne are two of the better flavored peppers. Of course I have no problem gulping down a few habernos when the 'tough guys' challenge me to an eat off. Hot is great, I'm glad to see some places finally making their atomic wings hot for a change.

Does anybody have a Firehouse Subs around them? I was in there one day and noticed some guys playing a joke on eachother. They have a sauce that is so hot, you have to sign a legal waiver to use it.........

One of the guys doused his buddy's meatball sub with this stuff, but the guy didn't know because it blended in with the sauce. After one bite, I thought this guy was gonna die. They ended up leaving quickly to take him to the emergency room!
