The agency said the show was indecent because "it depicts sexual organs and excretory organs — specifically an adult woman's buttocks."
Last I knew the buttocks were made of gluteus muscles and a certain amount of fat (depending on the woman), neither of which are sexual or excretory organs...

This is what you get when you elect a "born-again", holy-rolling MORON to the White House.

Is this kind of BS what you regard as protecting "family values"????

I'm not going to criticize the FCC too much. One of their dumb rulings will cause my companies business to triple over the next 3 years. It wasn't even GWB's influence, the reps were holding up rulings. The dems forced the issue. So horray for the Dems for forcing a bad ruling. I have job security, bonuses and promotions coming. Too bad if they stay in power much longer all those financial gains will be taxed at much higher rates.

perhaps the time spent filing the paperwork could have been better spent on their brushing up on anatomy. Proof again that giving Colin Powell's son a job because he couldn't get one anywhere else was a bad idea. (but then, if it weren't for work because one's name, Shrub would be panhandling on a corner for change too...)

The FCC must be broke and is now looking for sources of income due to the writers strike

I believe that Kevin J. Martin is now the FCC Chairman? Although, I do totally agree with you about Shrub and Powell.
