New Ticketmaster policy

Post by okparrott »

Don't know if anyone has brought this up, but Ticketmaster now makes you type in TWO security scrambled words to order tickets. They are both in the same box, but you have to type them both...

Just something to keep in mind when JB hits the road...

Really?
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Life is short, live long!!

I'd rather be a wiseass than a dumbass.

I was on a site this week (not Ticketmaster) and for security they showed small pictures of nine animals. I had to click on all the "farm animals". [smilie=graytard.gif]

For the Tom Petty presale it was whether you lucked out or not. Some folks had to type in the two words, and some folks just had to type in one word. I understand that there is a reason for the security words, but for folks like me who are visually impaired and can't see the image it poses a problem. I am glad that I had someone help me out with the Petty presale, and I will be at the first show of the tour. I can't wait. Now we just have to get JB dates!

That's a new Ticketmaster artificial intelligence feature. It reads your mind and takes you to what you REALLY want to see!!
