got to be some sort of dietary thing . . . Americans seem to be addicted to this stuff. (I had to attend a seminar on this stuff back in school . . . these things are so horrible for people digestive tracts.) . . .

Rotel Tomatoes for Cheese dip....
One can Rotel Tomtoes
One pound of Velveeta block cheese
One pound of Jimmy Dean Sausage
Cook sausage, drain. Put cubes of cheese, sausage, and tomatoes (do not drain) in microwave safe bowl. Heat until cheese is melted. Serve w/ Tortilla chips and enjoy!
