OKAY....I totally have to add ACROSS THE UNIVERSE to this now.....I LOVED this movie...and I've been listening to the soundtrack all day.....such amazing covers of Beatles songs....and not just the "usual" stuff.....seriously, how many covers of "Happiness is a Warm Gun" or "For the Benefit of Mr. Kite" have you heard....GAH....I can't say enough about this movie....I know it won't be for everyone.......but it sure was FOR ME!

Ah, back when Peter Frampton was pretty.
I wore out an 8-track of that in college......still LOVE Billy Preston's (RIP) cover of "Get Back"....and I think of Steve Martin whenever I hear "Maxwell's Silver Hammer"....

I thought I was the only one who loved this album. I loved Peter Frampton at the time and would have listened to anything he did.

I saw him on the .."breaking all the rules tour"
a great show..
He was on Bob and Tom... I thought He still sounded great..
