Our "first favorite" that comes to mind is from the TV series Northern Exposure. It's quite the eclectic variety!

My husband got me the soundtrack to Cirque du Soleil's "Love" show (tribute to the Beatles now playing in Vegas.) It's nice to hear my favorite Beatles songs refreshed.

I have to check this out. We got one season for Christmas and I had forgotten how much I loved this show. Never thought about the music.

That's a good one. I also really liked the soundtrack to the Pierce Brosnan remake of The Thomas Crown Affair. Stanley Kubrik's A Clockwork Orange also had a pretty cool but eclectic mix of tunes. Years ago I also purchased the soundtrack to Kelly's Heroes only because I couldn't get that great theme song (Burning Bridges) out of my head. I still love that song and movie.
