They have to open the parking lot as soon as cars begin piling up on the roadway. The earlier people start arriving, the earlier they open it up. Lsdt year we were in before noon.

Thats what we drive too. My plate is PLMTRE (and yes that is palmtree not plumtree )

I will post again tomorrow but our group is about to let go of I think 2 or 3 rooms at the Holiday Inn Express so if you are looking to stay there, give them a call tomorrow!

I dont have an interesting lisence plate, but I will have some window pains on, and a 5 oclock sticker.... I got the fishing line yesterday, so the balloons will be there flying high!!

We will be getting there very early, so if they arrange the parking the same way as last year, we will be in the vicinity of the RV's.

I was able to get in on this bus. As of Friday (7/11), they said they had 4 seats left.
The bus (Myer's Coach, white with purple lettering) is picking up in Murrysville (noon), Greentree (1:00pm), and Holiday Inn Express (1:30 or 2pm).

All seats are $20 and include "free" (legally has to be free right?) beer & hamburgers/dogs.

The person coordinating the bus is Scott McFall and his email address is mcfall@protechpts.com

I am on the phone now letting go of one room at the HIE for Monday and Tuesday night and another room just for Monday night.

I believe my friend had 2 rooms reserved as well and is cancelling her reservation today, so if you need rooms, give them a call!

5 days!!!!

Today is sharksuit making day. It's going to take quite a long time...so, I will probably have to finish on Monday.

I also put in the order for our custom t-shirts yesterday so those should be ready to go by Monday.

Can't wait!

I love how we do this every year. We all know that they know the gates are going to be opened up before noon. From what I've heard here on the boards from others who know some employees working the lot that they are to report early to let us in before noon.

There is a preconcert pary at the Holiday Inn Express off the Parkway near Robinson. Cover charge of $10 a person if you are not staying at the hotel. Tom Wyatt will be doing a concert there also.

We started to divy up our tailgating responsibilities last night. I am in full pregaming mode!!!!!!!!!!!! My friend and I will be pregaming the night before while we prep the food! This is her first!!!!!!!

Is there a spot on this site where everyone just kind of hangs out and chats. I can't seem to find it. Then again it's hard to search while I'm at work.
