They have to open the parking lot as soon as cars begin piling up on the roadway. The earlier people start arriving, the earlier they open it up. Lsdt year we were in before noon.
I love how we do this every year. We all know that they know the gates are going to be opened up before noon. From what I've heard here on the boards from others who know some employees working the lot that they are to report early to let us in before noon.

there has been staff there early the last three years at least...... we were in by 11 am, and there we ppl there for parking and security.

Hey all!
Myself & 2 friends are driving down from Toronto for the Show. We could only get rooms in Steubenville OH (? I think it's Ohio? What do I know?) anyway, my question is, after driving 5 hours I'd rather not drive to the show, will we be able to get a taxi to & from the show from the Holiday Inn in Steubenville?

Just wanted to let you know I'm cancelling a room at Holiday Inn Campbells Run. I just realized I had an extra room reserved. I'll wait until tomorrow morning. If anyone wants to get ahold of me so they can grab it let me know. If I don't hear from anyone I'll just cancel it from work tomorrow around lunch time.

NO Taxi service to the concert, you will NEVER get one home... Just drive and pace yourself, no big need to drink after 7ish, sober up, wait the lot out and then go

I also just let two rooms go at the HI Weirton, it is closer than the one in Steubenville..... and nicer!!

Okay I had sent the last list out.. it is a PDF version - sorry never thought of that last night. I'm sure majority of you all know how to play with excel! But the pdf version will help others.

I would like to invite everyone to stop by the Youngstown Parrot Head Club party buses--we have a jello shot-making committee and will have approximately 1000 jello shots...Nothing special or contest worthy, but stop by to have one or a few! Call me if interested on the day of--we should be pullin in the lot around 230ish I hope--we are leaving Youngstown at 12:30 with a 1 hour ride and I figure a 1 Hour wait in line

Congradulations you guys.... hey some body got married in the parking lot at the Cincinatti concert.... maybe you can call Radio margaritaville and get it put ont he radio, and maybe jimmy will say something bout it at the concert....
