Hi

Could you please confirm the location of the Holiday Inn where the party will be at? Is it the location on University Blvd.

Didn't it used to be at a hotel near Robinson Town Center before?

Thanks,

FINS UP,

Yay!! We will definately have to meet up!!

We are coming from OP and Hamburg. We are going in on the 20th and stay downtown for a night and then going over to the Holiday inn on the 21st......

I am very happy right now!! Makes the fact that I have to work all weekend, and we are getting a snowstorm seem not so bad!!!

Now it is just a matter of getting tickets!!

Gotta start replenishing the tailgating kit!!

The Steel City Fins will be planning a pre-concert party the day before the concert. Usually this is held at a nearby motel. Those of you who've been to the pre-concert parties before know that it's a gathering that's not-to-be-missed. You might wish to consider booking your reservation where the party is - and there's usually a chartered shuttle bus from the motel to the concert venue!

President Missy should have more info once that elusive concert date is announced.
President Missy here. Just got into the office and saw the post...Barb gave me a heads up on my way in...thanks Barb.

I'll be on it today...Pre-Concert Party on Monday, July 21st. Either at the Holiday Inn Express OR Holiday Inn Airport - Both have great perks! Just have to see who is going to work best with the Steel City Fins --ALL will be welcome!!!

I'll keep an eye out here for your replys and will post later this morning. TTFN, Missy

I DEFINATELY will NOT be the designated driver!! But more than likely we will have my car. (Last year I ran the battery dead.... oops!!)
(that reminds me..... gotta add jumper cables to the tailgating kit!)

And I will try to talk everyone into coming over........ party??? I am sure there wont be any arm twisting necessary!!

How early do you start????

I will watch for confirmation on which hotel.......

Thanks~~

There is a campground about 2 miles from PGP I stayed at last year. It has a good atmosphere and plenty of Parrotheads.

Is the Holiday Inn Express you are referring to the hotel that used to be the Country Inn where you guys had your party a couple years ago? Just curious....both parties were great! We'll be there again this year!

Allright! Finally! I'll be doing two shows this year! Already got my tickets
for Philadelphia. Now the process starts for tickets to Starlake. Love it
there. We were the second car in the lot last year, set up the tiki bar,
and entertained a multitude. Cranberry margaritas! Jimmy treats
Pennsylvania good! Whooooohooooo! :pirate:

I've always had a good time in Pittsburgh and Star Lake is a real nice venue, but the timing of this one isn't good for me. I might have to miss it this year.
