LIPH, you are absolutely right. Let's all take a deep breath and calm down.
As a side note, LIPH, you are awfully adorable. You wouldn't happen to be single would you?

You realize I'm the grey haired old goat with the beard in my avatar, not the hot young blonde babe?

Come back to Merriweather!!!! 2003 was a blast and I have been waiting for a return there ever since!
Amen on that! The most fun I've had at a tailgate were at Merriweather! I think the odds of that are really very slim, if none at all, however

.
Let's not get greedy, we don't even have one date in the area yet!
absolutely! let's just a get a concert somewhere in VA and that's all we need!
did anyone ever see him play at Kings Dominion or in Va Beach? There was a show at JMU a LONG time ago when he played with Kenny Loggins. Did anyone see him there or some place else?
Saw him in VA Beach twice--he will never go back there! They absolutely 100% do not allow any tailgating, period!!! If you have a coke or pepsi can in your hand they will make you throw it out. Even though I live in the area, I try to avoid shows there if at all possible.

VB is where I saw my first Buffett show almost 11 years ago. Back then, I had no idea what tailgating was.

Well, let me re-phrase that. Does that hot blonde have an interest in meeting a new parrothead?

That hot blonde is Julianne Hough from Dancing With The Stars. I think she's taken.

As for handling stress and adversity, I invite you to scroll through some of the earlier posts on this string, although I think the majority of them were in jest, at least mine was. My apologies if anyone was offended...
I agree 100%......we're just having fun here, I don't think anyone posting is quite ready to call on Dr. Phil just yet!!
But our postings usually are a means for us to "lighten up" and forget our "real" troubles.....if for only a while.

Well said Bfan and let me apologize personally to FLOWERGIRL...I've been a member on this site for close to five years and you see how many times I've posted.
Don't let my idiocy keep you from posting again.

No big. Don't worry about it. I probably took things a little too personal, too. Long week and all.
BTW, LIPH I DO think your kinda cute. I guess I'm just partial to grey haired old goats.

Looks like I'm gonna have to buy tix for Philly, just in case Nissan doesn't materialize. I do love the idea of Labor Day Weekend shows, though. We just might have to do all shows if it does happen! I am @ 90 miles from Philly (I-95 traffic sucks), 100 miles from Bristow (I-66 traffic sucks) , so it really doesn't matter.
The rumors are true!

I wont believe it til it is announced for two reasons
1) He hasn't done two shows at Nissan in years
2) If it is announced Monday thats only 5 days before a ticket sale.
I'd love to eat crow on this one and I will if you are right but I'm not buying it. Is it a coincedence that all the Nissan rumors are coming from buffettnews newbies?

Maybe they are people in the know who want to share their information. Don't be so doubtful of their info just because they are new...
