Here we go again!!!! What a privilege to be the first announced show date. Thanks Bubba. It's awesome to see this coming again. I've been looking forward to this since last year. The page count from last year's posts hit 179. Looks like we'll do that and more.

By the way, does anyone know if there might be an opening act this year?

A small update for you'all. I have moved to DFW this year!! So finally this will be a local concert for me. I'm at the U of Texas Arlington in Civil Engineering if anyone needs to look me up.

I can't wait to see everyone again,.. the Ansel's, the Pharms, ETP, ABQ,(maybe the Spains this year), PHritz, Captain Parrot Head, Angel Beech, jelloshotgirl and everyone else who's names may have been blurred by margaritas. (Oh, and hopefull the nice pair of stars too!)

And now that I'm local, I'm up for any pre-concert phlockings!!!

I've been reading the thread all day long... SO excited!! Last year I had just arrived in Texas and had a blast.. though I had not yet joined this board. This year, it'll be totally different, I can't wait to enjoy the day with you guys. Had a great time in Hawaii and met so many good people... it'll be more of the same at PHP. I became a die hard fan just a little too late, but thats ok

You know, usually Buffett has no opening act.
(Except at TxStadium when AlanJackson and George Straight opened for him)
So, my guess is he will be doin it all on his own. Woohoo.
Some talk about an informal Phlocking at BassPro in Garland -I-30 and BassPro Drive. Will keep ya posted.
