That is EXTREMELY cool that Mac would personally take the time and answer this. So, Jimmy's tone comes from a combination of things. People, instruments, mics, and STRINGS. Think I'll pick up some D'Addario's this weekend and slap em on my Taylor ( I've been using Elixir's ). Who knows, maybe they'll make me play like Jimmy and or Mac?
