Since I started the "Nissan" thread under "Tour Dates & Rumors" I thought I might as well migrate the discussion to here..........after all, we know Jimmy is coming, right?
Anybody else going to headquater themselves at the Battlefield Best Western in Manassas???? My wife & I stayed there the last 2 years. The place is definitely "Parothead friendly"!
And, since I was only a "lurker" on BN last year, I definitely want to hook up this year and meet some of you wonderful people in person!!!

We are going to drive in from Ohio for the show and are looking for a campground close to set up the traveling tiki bar. Does anyone know of a campground really close to the pavilion? Looking forward to a great end to the summer.

Woohoo! 2 shows ..... feels just like the old days! OK ....... its a given both shows will sell out. I'm wondering which show will sell out the pavilion first? Will the hardest tickets to get (really good pavilion seats) be the Saturday or the Monday show?
I'll be at both shows, that's a given. I think I'll target my orchestra seat objectives for the Monday show.

The wife and I are planning on going with our normal crew for, however not to sure about both shows. The wife is due with our first 'keet the first week of April.
This does bring back old memories of multiple shows at Merriweather and Nissan.

We're planning on going to both shows. One with keets and one without....and the youngest keet is 16.....at least we'll have a designated driver for one show!
Dori and Scott??? Get that Tiki Bar ready!!!!
Now.....how many jello shots can I put in the fridge?

Let me think...should I try to go to the show? Hmm.... yes.
Big decisions - Sat or Mon? (Sorry, not both - my liver couldn't take it).
As an informal poll, which day do think people will try to get tickets for? I figure Saturday since there is more recovery time.

I'm in for Saturday, would love to do both but can't due to keets going back to school on Tues.

That's EXACTLY what I'm thinking. I wouldn't want to have to explain to my kids that I couldn't walk them to school because I was hungover.

Plus, I've got one starting Kindergarten and I don't particularly want to miss that.

Yea...I can see the poor keet needing years of therapy because his most memorable moment of kindergarten is his dad showing up for the first day of school in a coconut bra and grass skirt.....

After the Durham show was announced today, I think the Tiki Bar is heading south! HOWEVER! the nissan shows are at the end of the summer and it could be that we make it up there too.
