AWESOME!!...thanks man.Gumbo wrote:I have spot 26 and would be happy to trade with you. I'm having my pass mailed to me, so its not in hand yet.z-parrothead wrote:I'm looking for anyone that purchased parking spots row P1 parting spot 25 or 26.
I'm looking to trade you a parking space so we can trade out and make our tailgate party work a little more better. I have 24 and 27...and one of these parking spots is NOT going to be used for parking. It will be used for tailgating. Anyone..?
As soon as we have them in hand, we will work the trade out.
Now we just need to make sure that anyone can walk through that area if they want to.

Trade it when you get there. We seem to have that whole area blocked off with BN'ers. I don't think it will be an issue.z-parrothead wrote:AWESOME!!...thanks man.Gumbo wrote:I have spot 26 and would be happy to trade with you. The premier parking area is not fenced off. There will be no problem with walking into the lot.
See now I'm kind of wondering if they hold a specific spot for you or do they just need to print the spot to track them? This presents a dilemna for tailgating. If I am set up in 23 but 22 and 24 arrive late, how do I set up allowing for them to pull up later?

I own 2 spots, so I know we will be able to plan setup in that extra spot.. and thanks to my new friend "gumbo"
This is all assuming that there are actual parking spots with these "seating" numbers on them.
Anyone in the Charlotte area that can run over there and check this out????
The parking map is on livenation, so you will be able to see exactly where we will be parking. Just print it out and take it with you.
You could gain "hero" status if you could do it for us

I'm thinking you probably just need the pass to get into the lot itself. Then you park wherever you want. Otherwise, they'd have to have someone walk alongside your car to the exact spot and park you. Seems really inefficient. To set up an area, I'd just recommend parking your car off a little ways from most other cars in the lot, jumping out, and putting a tent in the spot next to yours. Then when the parking people come by, you can show them your extra pass for that spot.

I will absolutely do that - if that's how it all works.Gumbo wrote:I'm thinking you probably just need the pass to get into the lot itself. Then you park wherever you want. BUT...I am hoping we actually have assigned parking spots...that way we know for fact that other BNers are parked in a block, and we can all kinda keep an eye out for each others vehicles, and the TG party could then easily be stretched out 4 or 5 parking spaces.
I am going to get the answer to this question today, and we will know for sure.

ok..I'm going to use one of my parking tickets as an example....on the ticket, it says that I am parking in: parking section 2, Row1, and Seat #24
Obviously seat # being parking space # in this scenario.
In the fine print, it says some to the effect of "this ticket can only be used for the event in which it is intended, and for the seat # (parking spot) in which it is assigned.
Soooooooo...I am guessing that in the parking space, it has a # on a post or painted on the space itself....which would mean we do in-fact have a specific parking spot.
If that scenario is true, it will make our TG party "that much more better" (channeling some jack sparrow)
