Help us name our WINE ! Please.

Ok, so we are going to a local winery where you create your own wine, you decide on a variety and they give you all the things you need, you don aprons and mix your wine, it ferments at the winery for 45 days then you go back and bottle, cork and seal your wine. At that time you design your own lable using one of their templates and all your own information. Name etc.
Now, we have been taking Name suggestions from our friends and havent come up with anything that really strikes us, I know all you parrottheads are a creative bunch, heck Ive tailgated with a lot of you, so....come on...
Any help?
What should we name our wine?

White or red? What grape will be dominant? I would name a rich, opulent cab something different than a lively, fruity sauvignon blanc. Give us a little profile of what it will be like. Sounds like fun--I'd love to do this! Where are you going?

I knew I could count of my phriends!!

It will be a light slightly sweet white, probably.

Probably a Pinot Gris or the like, maybe a Reisling.

There is a winery down town Dallas, called Swirll.
Its actually really reasonable. They said --> 'A batch makes around 30 bottles, comes out to somewhere between $7-15 per bottle, depending on the wine you choose'
To clairify, they dont grow the grapes down town Dallas

and we dont get to mash em with our feet.
