Lot opens at 3pm. Reasonable and Responsible tailgating is permitted.
Maryland Heights Police Department will be patrolling the lot and will have the final say as to what Reasonable and Responsible is.
No tents.
No grills or open flames.
No glass bottles or containers.

So, not sure if the glass thing will be enforced or not, he said it really sounded like they want cups or cans...so with the amount of landshark and corona that will be around, just keep it in mind.
I guess we now see how "pre-concert festivities" differs from tailgating. No tent, no grill = not tailgating. I'm going to have to be innovative to figure this one out.

So I just watched the 3 local news weather forecasts and 2 out of 3 said some locally heavy rain up to an inch.Dave Murray on channel 2 who is a phellow parrothead said some but not much and "Parrotheads I think we will be ok." As long as we don't have the severity of the storm and tornadic type weather, for those who also were there in 2000 may remember.Jimmy was worried about his plane.Anyway it will be fun and we are looking forward to it 8)

Well if Dave Murray is a Parrothead, he should arrange some better weather for us... In St. Louis the weather can change in a hurry so don't let a wet forecast slow you down!
Will hopefully be pulling into the lot around 4PM Thursday. Hope to meet a bunch of you and have a great time.

tailgaiting

Most of the venues we have been to said that tailgaiting was not allowed, but they were some of the wildest parties I've been to!! I hope that is the case in St. Louis.

Is anyone taking their grill and other supplies?

Look back a few posts, I don't believe the venue is allowing grills....

I'll be at Harrahs around 2 or sooner, looking for a party america store to get a few more things... Load up 2nd cooler, need some more beer!

Went to the venue yesterday, big concrete parking lot, only a few parking spots are close to any grass area... Looks like very small parking spots also. Could see a bunch or door ding parking...

Lot's do open at 3, it is in a business park area with lots of Office buildings around it. If you walk over from Harrahs, it is a very good Hike. I would guess if you stayed on the road, it could be a mile!

I will try to take some photos today and post later of the lots...

Come say Howdy to me!

Hey, Joetown! Did you notice any area around Harrahs where some might discretely tailgate in their parking lot in the early afternoon?
