Parrothead librarians

Think there might be a Parrothead or two at the Suwannee River Regional Library? This is the Grand Prize Winner for the Demco "You and Your Booktruck" contest. Image

That's not the prize. That's the winning entry. And you don't have to read but it helps if you're a DEMCO customer. That's a big library supply company. The winner of this contest won a new book cart and a $200 DEMCO gift certificate.

I'm not a librarian, but I am an English teacher Parrothead :)

By the way, I've now learned my lesson about reponding to the polls...

Sorry! I'm new here, but I'm a long-time Parrothead...

Ok, you're forgiven.

lminor-- nice plate. My husband and I lived in Ozark, AL when he was in flight school. Big thing to do then was to drive to Panama City. Of course, there was no Margaritaville then.

lol.....at the risk of making the librarian know that I have read something more than the dick and jane books, i will make the following joke.

for this to be a parrothead libation, it would require we pour our margaritas out at the door...and that's just not allowed!

I'd have no problem pouring out a margarita as a libation. I decided long ago, tequila is not my friend. Now, if it were a mojito, that would be a whole 'nother thing.

If I poured out a Miller Chill as a libation to the gods, I'd probably be struck by lightning and I'd deserve it.
