I had to post my pictures...... I think I am getting a little bit better with the photography. I am trying anyhow. My Mom was a GREAT photographer, and I am trying to find her creativity in myself. I have to have at least a teenie bit of her talent, right????

She was very artistic, and I can barely draw a stick person! My 3 year old niece can draw better than me!!

Thanks for not thinking of me as a newbie!!!
(ok, here goes!!)

I dont want to have to be mean to someone.... I mean, who made that guy the dictator of the newbies anyhow????

(Does that count for anything??)

you don't have to be mean to anyone....I let them make fun of me being vertically challenged on a daily basis....ALL in good fun.

Best group of people I've met, and I've met quite a few... 8)

I'm confused ..... who is this alleged "dictator of the newbies" and what has this person done that was heinous enough to have warranted a mean or nasty response??? [smilie=noeyedear-shrugging.gif]

Thank you, oil!
Please. Oil is going for $100 a barrel. I'm not nearly that valuable.
I was thinking more along the lines of vegetable oil that goes for about $100 a tankcar.

Allow me to enlighten you with regard to the classification of newbie.

I don't mind saying that I am somewhat of an interpreter of human behavior and am known around here as a bit of an expert in human relations mediated by internet technology.

You are no longer considered a newbie when you have pwned your first old timer.

I hope this clears things up.

And welcome to Buffettnews.
That is what he said.... is he known as an interperter of human nature around here???? The BN shrink???? Dr Phil????

- And Flyboy....Well he's been p*** off ever since he lost his vintage 20 sided die and had to start gaming online....... (I too miss my 20 sided die....)

Most of the time I have no idea what the hell he's talking about. Actually, most of the time I have no idea what the hell I'M talking about.

Awesome!!! Since I dont know what the hell I am talking about either, looks like I will fit right in!!

Thanks, regarding the pics!
I think I will be OK, as long as people realize my somewhat quirky, definately sarcastic sense of humor. I dont usually give it much of a break.... I usually provide the comic relief at work all day, every day.
I work in retail sales, and I live in Buffalo....... a sense of humor is really kinda mandatory. (Not to mention some of our sports teams.)

If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
