WOOOOHOOOOO!!!!! You both did a great job! What a cutie!
We can have a toast for her at Nissan!
We can have a toast for her at Nissan!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot Noir in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO"

Congratulations! She is a cutie!
Looks like we are next on the Buffett News baby watch scoreboard
Two more weeks for us? I seriously doubt my wife will make it until the 28th.

Unfortunately, Judy and I can't agree that she is a cute baby.
She is a absolutely, wonderfully, incredibly, beautiful Baby!
Mom and Dad did good......very good.
Welcome Annabelle, The newest member of the Parrothead Nation!

As we left the hospital late Monday morning, just after we turned on the radio, WMZQ repeated the concert announcement and followed it up with a Buffett block of Cheeseburger in Paradise, 5 O'Clock Somewhere and Margaritaville. So, little Annabelle's first taste of music was a good one!Hockey Mon wrote:Dude, that's AWESOME! Everybody looks great! A big ol' Mazel Tov (congratulations in Hebrew) go out to you and your wife. Rock on!
PS Tickets for Nissan go on sale Friday in case you missed that news.![]()

The answer is yes, there was tension between myself and the doctor even during the labor regarding us questioning her opinions/methods. It's a rather long story that I'll PM to you. At this point, the matter is somewhat irrelevant and I'd prefer the discussion here to be about the good rather than dragging the negatives on any longer.Desdamona wrote:How did the doctor handle the situation? Did she seem to hold the whole "questioning of her authority" against you in any way?

Oh no, you weren't negative at all!!!Desdamona wrote:Sorry... didn't mean to be negative.![]()
Sounds like Annabelle should be a big fan of the
new lullaby album...![]()
The doctor got our baby out in one piece and that's all I'm concerned with. The whole story is more like a novel. Once my wife has finished her follow-ups, we're probably done with that doctor anyway, so it's complaining for nothing now. I'll keep my public doctor gripes to a minimum now, although I did just PM you the whole long story. If anyone REALLY wants to hear about it, PM me. Otherwise, I'll try to let it drop.
I do intend to buy that cd for her. Perhaps it'll be her first Christmas gift!
