I was just at the venue for the Sunday night entertainment
(Keys in Mt. Clemens) and it's turning into a very fun tropical atmosphere!! Their outside deck opens on May 1st. Should be a good time...
As far as snow...I'm hoping that if we just quit saying the "s word" maybe it will stop for at least a few months

I'm not allowing the "s" word to enter my vocabulary until at least
deer season next year... I might just drink enough tonight to sleep through whatever bad weather may come our way

I have worn nothing but flipflops or sandals for the past week and a half, but today there are flakes in the air......what to do..... hold my ground or cave into frost bite?

Just stick with the Easter through Halloween rule and tough it out.
Carry a propane powered flame thrower if neccesary to prevent
frostbite.

http://www.barefooters.org members have been shoveling snow all season without any "protective gear"!!

The walk home in flip flops was a little chilly and wet last night...From what I can remember...Still waaay better than boots!

Sunny and 50 today, 60 tomorrow, and 70 Wednesday!
By noon today, the pavement will have warmed enough from the sun to make barefoot even warmer than flip flops!
