Did both Tampa shows last year; would love to see a pair here in our backyard once again.

So I couldn't agree with you more Wino.

Although we had one awesome time in Tampa, didn't we Larry :D

unless you live somewhere in the panhandle... atlanta isn't all that close for most floridians... a solid 8-14 hour drive for anyone south of ocala.

Close.... but that show is sold out anyways... My sister tried to get me tickets because I was at work.... She couldn't even get through. My cousins who live in atlanta tried... couldn't get through. And this is with him playing an NC date!

We will get florida dates, It would just be nice to know when they are... so I could see how many and where they are... so I could better decide how much money I would like to spend (as broke college student) flying around the country to see him. Last year I spent about 600 bucks to see him in vegas.... I spent just a little over 100 dollars to see him in tampa.

So I don't think its about whining and throwing food... I think its about people wanting to plan, economically and otherwise... around dates that could be in their backyard.

Now in tallahassee is atlanta closer to me than west palm? sure. But we could get multiple florida dates making that trip a better value.

some folks have to travel that far, every time. that sounded like a combo of "neener, neener, neener, I got to see him in Anguilla, AND I want a concert in my backyard again too"

patience and silence, nothing QQing here is going to do to change the way he sets up a tour.

It was not about neener neener..... Just fortunate enough that he will be in my backyard and I was fortunate enough Finacially/work etc to go to Anguilla. So I have gone outside my backyard. I feel bad for folks that do have to make a major trek to see JB but dont make a comment like we are spoiled brats in FLA

then a) never called you a spoiled brat; and b) because you know you get at least one-three concerts a year, either make a roadtrip to see him earlier, or wait until the FL dates are announced.

pretty simple.

I do that every year because it is as close as he comes to me. So when I see people whine about a 3-6 hour drive, they can go pound sand...

I hope he doesn't come on the 18th of Oct because I'll be performing a wedding that day! Hey FINSUP, maybe he should play in Twin Falls or at Bear Lake so it can be right in the middle for us?

Now why in the world would he skip Florida?

He played TWICE in Tampa this year. I think he knows who is waiting for him there...

I think the point is... again... floridians just want a heads up or actual "rumor" to indicate something. It most likely will be november I guess... based on past history. So maybe I can maybe afford to go somewhere to see him sometime. So its not nearly a year between seeing him play a concert.... I don't know if I can make it!

And instead of always complaining about people longing to see a show because the man himself misses your geographic region and they happen to be in one where he does frequent... how about just nodding and realizing that some people are in the same boat. Some people (especially at gas prices like these) can't afford to drive 7 hours to west palm to see a show eventhough technically he is visiting my state. The 3 tanks of gas it takes me to get down there could buy me a plane ticket somewhere... so you see, even if we do get a florida date... I might have to fly to see a show. Not everything is always as it seems my friends.

And my point is, at least there is a chance he will play in your city, or DAMN close, so if he skips a year, oh well--travel that year like MANY people have to do that do not have the option of waiting to see if he is going to play locally...
