I sometimes think my 10 yo could sit on the toilet that long, especially if he has something to read or it's time to go to bed.

The implications are staggering . . .
I mean, a living human body produces a lot of waste in two years. Even allowing for a daily flush, what about even a daily wipe?
Impossible! Zut alors!!
And what kind of person was she sharing the house with?

Don't know, but even skinny person would adhere after two years.....I wonder if they'll be able to save her legs. This is such a terribly sad story.

Personally, I have spent some time on the hopper myself. It can get comfortable if you have a good book or newspaper to read. Now I don't think I could spend more than an hour before my legs fall asleep, but that's just me.
On a serious note, this is a very sad story. How could someone sit by and watch someone do that to themself for 2 years?
