Any one listen to any OAR? After my original infatuation with JB, I started looking around for new music that kinda had the same feel, and I must say that OAR is now one of my favorite bands. Anyone have any thoughts about them?

Love O.A.R. I've seen them probably about 8 times...met them once. Haven't seen them live in a couple of years but would like to sometime soon if they come around my area.

Yeah, I saw them at the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach last year. I have tickets to see them at USC Aiken in late April. I'm really looking forward to it

Great guys and great music! They're from Columbus and I have seen them quite a few times (not since they got big though) and partied with them after a couple of their shows "back in the day"

I've seen them a couple of times and their live shows are pretty cool. They have a very Dave Matthews Band-ish feel to them.

Several of them are from Rockville, MD. They went to Wooton HS not too far from here. They did go to college at Ohio State where the band was formed though, so technically we're both right.

Actually, I have to correct this again. :) The band was actually formed while the guys were still in highschool in Rockville, MD. They added Jerry (the sax player) when they got to Ohio State

OAR is playing at Summer Camp, a 3 day concert in central Illinois. Our teen keet is going. :o
Yikes I just hope she doesn't do something stupid. Oh ya, she's heading to Bridgeview too this summer. She and friends had fun at Tinley so here is where it starts I guess.

Here's the link to the fun that goes on there. Wouldn't that be fun for parrotheads? I think I could do it. I guess the apple doesn't fall from the tree does it. :D
