I wouldn't be so sure about him being in Vegas on the 18th. Yes, he is playing San Diego on the 16th but then he's at Shoreline on the 21st. I think it would be more likely to see him in Irvine on the 18th rather than Sandy Eggo, Vegas, Shoreline. That's also because I am REALLY hoping for a weekend Irvine show so we can be in San Diego on Thursday and Irvine on Saturday, and who knows, maybe Shoreline on Tuesday!

If I were a betting man this is how I would see the October dates shaking out:
10/16 (Thurs) Chula Vista
10/18 (Sat) Las Vegas
10/21 (Tues) Mountain View
10/23 (Thurs) Irvine
10/25 (Sat) Las Vegas
Then 11/1 is open for the Reefers to do MOTM.
But that's just me....Thoughts?

It's been a lovely cruise.

Just in case ...
Where does he usually play in Vegas?
Where are some of the good places to stay? Decent but not too high end.
Daughter & husband are being stationed near there. Would be perfect trip to see them and the show!!!

MGM Grand (Hooters is across the street) clean, nothing wrong with it, I would stay there again
anywhere across the board...depends on how much you want to spend!
check out:
kayak.com
then call the hotel directly, though sometimes the rates are better via hotels website...you should ONLY have to pay for the first night.... good luck!

That would be sweet... but with the way the weather has been up here in the NW -Bubba would be playing in a snowstorm.

If I were a betting man I'd say 10/18 and 10/25 . . . oddly I am a betting man . . .
I may have to try and NOT gamble this trip ou to Vegas if I can con my wife into the trip . . . hell getting my wife there is gamble enough.
The Parrot Dice Lounge kinda like a mirage. Here today and gone tomorrow. You should stop by and say hello when visiting Chicago on tour.

Hoping for the 18th.
Booked a room, just in case
. I've missed LMS the last two years, so want to try the early week this time. Plus, the gators have a bye that week, so it would be ideal, not having to juggle that into the schedule. (Course, football in Vegas is always fun, but I don't have to wish for an early game to balance out "concert preparty!")

What I hear, through semi-official channels, is that you'd win the bet on the Vegas dates.

Well, *my* semi-official source either didn't have that info, or wasn't passing it along.
