Got it from an extremely good source (read my other post about Boise-then do the math) that there will be 2 Saturday shows in Vegas in Oct, and a certain someone might just show up to blow a small little instrument.

We'll see and you did not hear it from me because I ain't one to talk.

The last few years it has been the last two Saturdays in October. So my educated guess would be 10/18 & 10/25 or 10/25 & 11/1. Just a guess.

If it's 10/25 and 11/1, the second weekend conflicts with MOTM, like the Tampa shows did last year. Do you think he'd schedule a show like that again, keeping the Reefers from appearing at MOTM 2 years in a row?

He has no control over the dates,
it is all up to his management company

Pretty ballsy, but I doubt it. I remember hearing something about Jimmy not intending that to happen last year, the tour managers did that accidentally or something, I could be wrong, but I would be willing to bet they wouldnt make that mistake again. For the sake of people going to MOTM, I hope not, although I am sure it is a great time with/without the reefers. Someday I will make it down...

It does not look like he has ever been in Vegas in Nov, so maybe 10/18 & 10/25 would be the best bet. We always go to Vegas on our way back from Hawaii, so I can't plan our vacation until they announce the dates. Oh well, we probably won't know til June.

I honestly wouldn't put it past them to schedule the show in conflict with MOTM...

But if the "October" part of the rumor is true, that would leave the 11/1 date open for the Reefers (at least for now).

With a california date already released for 10/21, I vote for 10/18 and 10/25. He often jogs back and forth between CA and LV. Usually So Cal tho. :D Come on Vegas Dates!! :wench:

I agree. I'm going with 10/18 and 10/25. This is Jimmy's sign to all the Vegas Parrotheads and MOTM people... so they can now sleep at night.

Room prices at the Flamingo are starting go up in and around the 10/25. All serious Vegas participants might want to score those rooms soon. :pirate:

I can still get a flight cheap (less than $400) for the weekend of the 18th. Come on Vegas dates!! While fuel is still reasonable :o
