Are you trying to suggest that Michael Moore is . . . . . FAT? Oh the humanity!
However, that does put him 'solidly' in the majority in this nation.
The Majority? I doubt that the majority of people in this nation are as obesely overweight as Michael Moore is.

She's behind in the popular vote in the primaries, she's behind in pledged delegates won and she's behind in the number of primaries won. But they're saying she's really ahead because the states she won have more electoral votes than the states Obama won so she would have a better chance in the general election.

Do they think all those democrats are going to run out and vote for John McCain if Hillary doesn't get the nomination?
It is interesting to note too that Conservative talking heads have suggested to their listeners/viewers to vote for Hillary as she is more beatable than Obama. I wonder how many of her votes are actually conservative votes cast for no other reason than this?
The conservative talking heads have been campaigning against hillary since Bush stole the last election. Perhaps if they had spent more time evaluating, interviewing and discussing their own candidates they would have a candidate that represented the party. I really hate those guys sometimes. I actually listen to liberal and GLBT talk more now than the conservative now.
How is getting the most votes stealing the election?

As a Vermonter, I'd
NEVER vote for Howard Dean. He's as much of a liar and crook as Hillary. He screwed the state of Vermont by making the state unfriendly to businesses (almost running IBM out of the state- they now employ about 4000 people, less tha half the people they did 5 years ago in Vermont because of his actions) and clear cutting his own property months before enacting laws preventing anyone else from doing the same. He also lied to the people of Vermont, telling us if we voted for the purchase of the former Champion Paper Company lands, that it would be open to everyone, with the same uses that we've enjoyed for centuries. Then he turned around and gave control of a major portion of the lands to the Nature Conservancy, who have closed snowmobile trails, tried throwing camp owners off their leases, and restricted logging and other traditional uses.
Howard Dean is a two faced liar who has
NO integrity.

I don't have the time this evening to refute your claims (although it sounds like you may have been a snowmobiling, log cutting, former employee of IBM and therefore have ample reason to dislike the former Vermont governor) but I will offer candidate number 6 . . .
Nobel Laureate, noted lecturer on issues of global concern, former holder of high public office, respected around the world - Al Gore.

Sorry, not a logger, snowmobiler or former IBMer....just a VTer that hates getting lied to by my Governor, or any other Politician.
As for Gore....I'd vote for him over either of the choices fighting for the Democratic nomination.....in 2000 I didn't think he had the backbone for the job (seemed too wish-washy), but today I think he'd be a good choice and think he'd have won if he had run. This one we can agree on.

I'm really starting to get disgusted with this presidential election. We really need three parties. The choices with just 2 parties is most times trying to pick the lesser of two evils and not really getting a candidate worth a crap.

I am a very avid Democrat.
However, I am starting to very avidly dislike Sen. Clinton.
I am a trial lawyer. When John Edwards made a very good statement at the last debate in which he appeared, Clinton said "What do you know John. Your biggest donators are the trial lawyers."
Trial lawyers are one of the biggest contributors to Dem causes/candidates because the GOP wants to get rid of the jury system so that ins companies and corporations are immune from liability when they seriously hurt people.
Hmmm. Su Su 'pon me and see if I give you any of my money or my vote. After slurring me, you will get neither.
In my opinion she will do anything and say anything to be President. I am fully willing to take a chance on Sen. Barack Obama. The status quo is causing us to go backward rapidly and I think McCain and Clinton are more of that same old say anything/do anything to keep oneself in office.

I think maybe you're looking for someone more like this guy (a personal hero of mine but don't hold that against him) . . .
. . . author of such gems as
Common Sense, which inspired the American Revolution;
The Rights of Man, which earned him a death sentence in Great Britain;
The American Crisis, which began with the words "These are the times that try men's souls" and strengthened the resolve of those opposing the British forces sent to quell rebellion; and finally,
The Age of Reason, wherein he opposed all religious creeds equally and argued against organized religion, which earned him the undying hatred and loathing of noted conservatives of the day like George Washington and John Adams.
He was respected and admired around the world, in any place that sought liberty and dignity for ALL men (not just the land-owning wealthy). But his stands against slavery and state religion made him an outcast in the America of his time.
I don't think a guy like Thomas Paine would have wanted to be President, and I am sure that a guy like Thomas Paine could never get elected President these days . . . too intelligent, too passionate, too compassionate, too committed to real liberty . . . Karl Rove would have made mincemeat of him.

Its easy to hate lawyers. Just as it is easy to hate Walmart, Exxon, special interests and illegal immigrants. I was sick of the last two democrats campaigns where the slogans were "not Bush". Early on I was rooting for Obamb/Huckelberry because I thought that was going to be the best chance for two candidates to debate issues instead of name-calling. Dirty politicing goes back to the begining of the country, but a clear platform and a debate of the important issues would be a welcome change. McCain might attempt to do the debate thing unfortunately he isn't much different from his competition.
