...Axl Rose can finish and release Guns N’ Roses' LONG awaited album “Chinese Democracy” by the end of 2008. The free can of soda excludes ex-Guns members Slash and Buckethead.
Axl has reportedly burned through $13 million in recording expenses for “Chinese Democracy,” and also ran off all the original and new members on the band.
The album was scheduled for release in March of 2007, but that date pasted without a new date being set. This would be the first Guns N’ Roses album since 1993.
Rose said: "We are surprised and very happy to have the support of Dr Pepper with our album Chinese Democracy, as for us, this came totally out of the blue."

Someone I know was on tour with them recently, he has a copy of the album, showed me a picture he took of it. I have no idea how or why he has it. I know nothing of GNR, but I guess it's a big deal.
This is the picture:

Axl's actually waiting for China to become a democracy before he releases the album.
True fact.

I stopped drinking soda three years ago. Too much sugar. I definetly do miss it though. Dr. Pepper is yummy.
