The *other* "lost verse

Hiya,

A few years back, RM ran a concert replay during which Jimmy did an alternate verse to "Margaritaville" that began as follows:

"My favorite topic
Is life in the tropics..."

Can anyone supply me with the rest of the lyrics? I don't remember anything else about when the show might have been, etc.

Says something about old men in tank tops, cruising the gift shops, these three day vacations have become such a bore. I have a live show that he sings it in, but I don't remember the date. It might take me a while to search for it.

That's the "Lost Verse" not the "Other Lost Verse" that Loren is looking for

Hey, I'm looking for a video recording of Jimmy playing the "Lost Verse" (the old men in tank tops one) to forward to a non-believer......have looked through all the archives I can think of.....anyone?

the TTS CD had the Lost Verse on it... It was played at Alpine in 2000.

Look on youtube under jimmy buffett live for your search and bring up the today show performance for Margaritaville he does the lost verse.
