Friday night, the 17th according to the coconut telegraph!
Maybe I'll still try to get in on Thursday... Friday is a little hectic for travel.

At least eight of us are going to be coming out from Indiana and we ended up getting 16 tics. Can some one that has been there please tell me which are the best seats? We have sec G row E, Sec L11 row L, and Sec L3 Row J. Which two sections are the best and is being on the floor a good thing or bad? I will post the tics on BN if we don't use them all. Thanks and can't wait.

Well, I would say being on the floor is a good thing. ;)

Well when they release the nursing home residents to play security for a Buffett concert the seats are really what you make them.

Rule 1 act like you belong wherever you go. Row 30 for instance worked wonderfully for me.

The L3 may not be bad and Floor is good.

We were on the floor last year....being a bit vertically challenged, I would have preferred to be up a level. It was fun being amidst the 'floor action', but I could see a thing......granted, we were way back......but I am glad we're a little higher this year!

I'd kill to be on the floor, but I'm 5'7''. I'd just have to hope no one wore really big hats. ;)

OK refer to the seating chart for my comments:....
Section L3 row J...These are the furthest away of your group of tickets...you will be veiwing the stage straight ahead But you are about 200' from the stage.
Sec L11 row L is about 2/3 the way up from the floor in the L11 section you will be veiwing the stage over your left shoulder, theses seatsare about 130' away from the stage.
Floor G row E is rhw 5th row back in section G You are about 100' from the stage

OK all said and done...IMHO the floor is a lot of fun....if you can get the 1st 5 rows of sections D,E,or F OR CLOSER....the further back you go the harder it is to see anything as there is no relief to the floor...it is flat...so if you are under 6' you might not like it.....L11 < ithink is still expensive seats.....for the price and the straight on veiw I would go for the L3...IMHO of your options....

Looking at Dutch's floor plan, we were in the next to the last row of G last year.....

I'm 5'3" on a tall day.....and my other girlfriend is shorter than that....we watched on the jumbotron......we tried standing on our chairs, but the security/usher people would have none of that.....

We're in U1 this year and I'm delighted about that!

and ps, got an email from TM that our tickets have been printed.....I almost wish they'd wait to send them......that's a long time for me to keep track of something. Guess they'll go straight in to the safe!

Same here. Driving down to SD from Newport Beach Thursday, leaving the car, flying up to Vegas, doing LMS Friday, Pre-Party and concert Saturday, fly back to SD Sunday afternoon, drive back home to Newport, then collapse. Work is going to blow on Monday - and my liver is going to need a rest..... I'm still tempted though to head back to Vegas for the second weekend - my liver should be recovered by then.

We are actually moving down this year, we were about 12 rows from the top straight on last year. This year were in U1 row R. I wouldn't do the floor if you couldn't get into the first few sections.

We have had seats all over the place.....Absolute favorites were the Floor section B, 10th row dead center( our seats were better than David Haselhoff's...)....Wifey-poo who is 5'-7" could see perfectly and it was AWESOME.......In the last 2 years we have had floor tickets in the 4th row of secion F on the inside aisle...again not bad at all (I'm 6' 2" so no biggie) wifey poo edged out into the aisle a little and had a great time......We also had Section D, 4th row on the outside aisle....   3 of the gals were around my wife height....couldn't see......We have had section 114...good view but far away...and FULL Price!!!! Our favorite seats have been the sections (not shown on my chart) U20 and U18...we have also had seats in U21 on the other side of the stage.....These are good Seats about 50' away with no one in front of you! Some of our best ever seats were in L13....when the eintire row infront of us didn't show up!!!! We have had the Double letter seats just off the floor one year...gereat seats...you have releif off the floor so you can see but close to the floor for the action!!!
If you can make them out, on my chart there are little rectangles....these are the sighting distances from the stage........The pink ring is at 25" from the center of the stage 5' back from the edge of the stage (approximatley where jimmy's mike is) The next yellow ring is at 50" and 100'The corners of the back of the audatorium between section 103 and 105 and 104 and 102 are 222' from the stage...the bottom row of L2 and L3 are at 150'....
