At least we had bright sun and about 60 yesterday - very nice for late October in Seattle!

Hey - I just got a flyer from Hooters with $20/nite rates Sunday thru Thursday until November 22, and Friday/Sat rates of $89/nite (valid some weekends - including THIS weekend!). Now, if I only had cheap airfare....

...you could fly to St. Somewhere! :) :)

Quite a bit better rates than we had!! I gotta say Hooters was a perfect place for the pool party and Last Man Standing.

Our room was really nice too. I would have never dreamed that I would stay at Hooters. :D :P

I agree our room was real nice! The hallways need new carpet, but as a location for everything that went on. I don't think in the future on Buffett week-end I will stay anywhere else. Now othertimes I really like downtown at the Golden Nugget, there pool area is awesome with a waterslide thru a Shark tank!

My best friend is at the Golden Nugget NOW...sure wish I was too.

Grams took us uptown last year to see the Fremont Street Experience and the G. N. really is nice.

We're at 60 degrees, not a cloud in the sky. Just about to leave work to mow the lawn for the final time this year. Then hit the gym and watch my Phillies hopefully take game 2.

BR! That chili looks good - will have to try it next weekend!

Just finished unpacking from Vegas - now packing away all the accoutrements for the next time. Don't have to buy any more beads or leis for a while. I do have to pack a JB care package for friends in Norway, send them some souvenirs and pics of what they missed out on... [smilie=lilyellowdevil.gif]

Depends - if I don't send any of your pics than they might just survive with minimal damage. If they see you in some of them - well, luckily Norway has socialized medicine!

Have fun this weekend!

Can't believe that a week ago, I was where it was warm and from Sat. midnight to 1:30, I saw a Club Trini concert with Tina in her Gucci shoes! I will remember LMS for a long, long time. The Vegas Club did a great job and raised a lot of money for local charities.

Almost time to start counting down to Migration in July at Hooters. It was so tempting to stay in the warm weather, no windshields to scrape, no block heaters to plug in, no snow to shovel, no deer in the rut to chase out of my back yard (can't shoot them in the city limits), no heaters on, no heavy parkas...
