BTW - I am whipping up a pot of your chili - oh, lordy! I love BBQ sauce anyway, and man, the flavors and the smells wafting from that pot - heavenly. I am TRYING to make half a batch, so left out some of the tomatoes and one can of beans (only used one can of each of the others). Also, didn't put quite so much brown sugar in - replaced it with a dallop of maple sugar. And I did put in the jalapeno - hot and sweet.

(And try Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ - I have found it in the stores around here, and recently got some at Costco. Sweet and smoky....)
